School Bus Driving is how I earn my living-- my time and my money, in that order. I chose to include this information on my website because I feel it is, more than anything else, what I'm doing here. It's less glamorous than my art-life, and summer break, but it's more real. (I'm riffing!)
The purpose is clear, and simple...

...In my off-hours, I play with abstract ideas// which I love!-- but without this job-- I'd have a hard time doing that, sustainably, with a level head. Art-making is a personal (// existential// [ha...]) matter-- there's a world on the ground//-- is it all just passion and purpose??

My other 'job' is a 'volunteer position' at Public Space One.
I co-host Open Hours at the Media Arts Co-Op ('MAC') with my friend Clare. The MAC is a reservable studio space with lots of room to play, and an eclectic collection of equipment. During Open Hours, we organize/iventory the gear,
and lend it out to members//
(much of the equip. is part of their member-lending-library)
We also enjoy coffee, watch videos, and chat with visitors about projects. (Yes, we do also even email, too...*)
